Your use of this website is governed by these terms of use. Please take a few minutes to review them. Use of the 2kool4skool.com.au website constitutes your agreement to be bound by the terms of use. If you do not agree with any of the terms do not use this website.

2. Terms and Conditions May Change
2Kool4Skool reserves the right to update or modify its terms of use at any time without prior notice. Your use of the 2kool4skool.com.au website following any such change constitutes your agreement to be bound by the revised terms. For this reason, we encourage you to review the terms of use whenever you visit this website.

3. Access
2Kool4Skool will do all that is reasonably possible to ensure that availability of this website will be uninterrupted and error free but is unable to guarantee these matters. Your access to this website may from time to time be suspended or restricted to allow for the introduction of new facilities or services or for repairs or maintenance.

4. Users conduct
You must refrain from using this website in any way that causes, or is likely to cause the website or access to it to be interrupted, damaged or impaired in any way. You must use this website for lawful purposes only and must refrain from any use which is likely to cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety for other users or third persons.

5. Licence for Website Access
2Kool4Skool grants you a limited licence to access and make personal use of this website but not to download or modify any portion of it except with our express written consent. Neither this website nor any portion of it may be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited or otherwise exploited for any commercial purposes without our express written consent.

6. Your Account
If you use this website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorised access to your account. You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must ensure the details you provide us with are correct and complete and inform 2Kool4Skool immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering. 2Kool4Skool reserves the right to refuse access to its website, terminate accounts, remove or edit content or cancel orders at its discretion. Any cancelled order will be without charge to you.

7. Our Contract
Subject to clause 6, when you place an order to purchase a product from 2Kool4Skool we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and containing its details. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send email confirmation to you that we dispatched that product. Acceptance will be completed at the time we send the confirmation email. Any product on the same order that is not the subject of a confirmation email will not form part of that contract.

8. Delivery
2Kool4Skool delivers your order throughout Australia in kool and colourful packaging satchels or boxes. We will use either Australia Post or a Courier Service depending on the size of the articles ordered so as to utilise the most cost effective solution for our customers. Your delivery charge is based on size and weight and on charged to you at Australia Post’s or the relevant courier company’s standard postage or freight charge from Brisbane to your delivery location.

9. Product Information
The prices displayed on this site are quoted in Australian Dollars and are valid and effective only in Australia. All merchandise has been included in good faith on the basis that the goods as described will be available. Failure by a supplier to deliver in accordance with description or at all, or other causes beyond our control, may result in some lines being unavailable. Prices quoted and bonus offers are applicable only while stocks last. Percentage savings shown are off supplier recommended retail prices. 2Kool4Skool reserves the right to correct errors, omissions and misprints. Pictures are for illustrative purposes only – not all patterns and options shown may be available. Not all available patterns and options may be shown. Unless otherwise stated, accessories are not included.

10. Dispatch
Goods will be dispatched from our warehouse at Cornubia, Queensland within forty eight (48) hours from receipt of the order (if accepted). Please note that our office hours are 8 am to 3 pm Monday to Friday. Orders received outside our working hours will be deemed received on the next working day. For example: an order received at 8pm Tuesday will leave our warehouse no later than 8am Friday. Your order will be delivered on working days. Your package may require a signature. If you are not home when we attempt to deliver your parcel a card will be placed in your mail box requesting that you contact the courier company or Australia post to arrange a more suitable time for them to drop the parcel.

Please note:
2Kool4Skool will make every endeavour to ensure your parcel is delivered on time. However, occasionally some delays may occur for which we have no control. 2Kool4Skool will not be liable for any expenses or damages incurred due to delayed delivery.

We provide the option of express dispatch and delivery which ensures that your order, if received by 3pm will be dispatched the following working day and by an express delivery service of one of the providers in Item 9 above.

11. International Orders
2Kool4Skool will gladly accept international orders and arrange international deliveries. If you specifically wish a product to be sent overseas you can email, fax or post the details and we will contact you regarding final costing and shipping and delivery timing. Please note that additional security requirements are needed for international customers wishing to pay by credit cards.

12. Return Exchange & Refund Policy
At 2Kool4Skool your complete satisfaction is important to us. Any faulty, damaged or unsatisfactory item can be returned within twenty one (21) days of receipt of shipment for a full refund on the cost of the goods (excluding shipping). If you are not satisfied with your purchase please follow this procedure;

Contact 2Kool4Skool Customer Service on 07 3287 7888. A customer service representative will evaluate your return request, record all the necessary product return information and issue you with a Return Authorisation Number. The Customer Service Representative will then provide you with an address to send or deliver your return. Please note: You must obtain an R.A. number WITHIN SEVEN (7) DAYS OF DELIVERY to ensure that you are eligible for a replacement or a refund.

Send your item to the return address provided. The return must be received by 2Kool4Skool within fourteen (14) days of the RA number being issued.

As soon as the return has been received, a replacement product will be shipped or refund issued (excluding shipping). Replacement product or refund will only be shipped or issued after the faulty, damaged or unsatisfactory product has been received by 2Kool4Skool.
Please note:
Unsatisfactory product must be returned in the original packaging and with tags and be in a saleable condition. Partially used products will not be credited. Similarly, full credit is subject to a quality control inspection carried out.
We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colours and detail of the products shown on this Website. However, because the colours you see will depend on a number of factors beyond our control, including your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
 
13. Children
2Kool4Skool does not sell products for purchase by children although we may sell children’s products for purchase by adults. If you are under 18 years of age, you may use this website only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

14. Electronic Communications
When you visit 2Kool4Skool or send emails to us you communicate with us electronically. We will similarly communicate with you by email. For contractual purposes, you consent to receive communications from us electronically and you agree that all communications that we provide to you electronically will satisfy any legal requirements that such communications be in writing.

15. Events beyond our reasonable control
2Kool4Skool will not be responsible for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations under these terms of use if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond its reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights or in any way limit any other provision of the terms of use.

16. Indemnify
You agree to indemnify and hold 2Kool4Skool harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including legal fees, arising from or related to your use of this website.

17. Waiver
If you breach these conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these conditions.

18. Governing Law
These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Queensland in the Commonwealth of Australia. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of such Courts.

19. Place of payment
Subject to any written agreement to the contrary, all payments will be made to 2Kool4Skool at the address stated at the commencement of these terms of use.

This site and all its contents are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation (and to the extent permitted at law) warranties as to title or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. You acknowledge, by your use of this site, that such use is at your sole risk, that you assume full responsibility for all costs associated with all necessary servicing or repairs of any equipment you use in connection with your use of our site, and that 2Kool4Skool shall not be liable for damages of any kind related to your use of this site.

Competitions

When you enter a competition through our website, you may be required to provide information to satisfy the entry conditions. Entry constitutes entrants' consent to their personal information to be used by 2kool4skool for compiling its customer database and for marketing purposes. 2kool4skool may provide you with joint promotional offers in conjunction with other third parties. These promotional offers are developed in line with your needs, but should you not wish to receive this information, please choose to "unsubscribe" at the bottom of a 2kool4skool email newsletter.

If the competition is sponsored by a third party advertiser (Advertiser), you may be prompted to opt-in to receive further promotional material from the Advertiser. If you consent to this, then at the end of the competition, we will provide the information on your entry form to the Advertiser.

Terms and Conditions

• Entry is open to residents of Australia. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Entry is only valid if all details on the online entry form are completed. Limit one prize per customer. No responsibility accepted for lost, late or misdirected entries.
• Information on how to enter and prize details forms part of these conditions of entry.
• Winners will be selected daily at random and the Promoter’s decision is final. Each winner will be notified within 7 business days of promotion closing date. The winner decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
• All entries become the property of the Promoters – 2kool4skool Ptd Ltd. All entries will be entered into our member database. The Promoters reserves the right to use the content of winning and runners up entries for the purpose of future promotions.
